At 90 by 90 cm it is sized for a sofa arrangement rather than a single seat, which makes it work equally well in a living room and in an informal meeting corner.

Designed by Jesse Hill of Hill Design Studio. Steekla began as a conversation about traditional Romanian woodwork, filtered through Japanese and minimalist influences. The post and dowel construction is a direct nod to the forest the timber comes from.
