The Pasco Chair was drawn around generous proportions and an open frame that shows exactly how it is put together.

The seat and back are cradled inside that frame rather than bolted onto it, which is where the comfort comes from. This is the plain oak version; there is an upholstered one alongside it.

Designed by Studio Claud Christian, the Newcastle practice of Claudia Surrage and Christian Cowper. Their work celebrates materials for what they are, and this range came from looking at Romania's decorative heritage next to the brutalist architecture found across the country.
